The mitzva of giving charity (food) to the poor prior to the holiday of Pesach (passover). In Meah Shearim they have a one day mass distribution of essential food products for the holiday.

We have had a rather stormy week - suppose it's really just called WINTER. But it has managed to cause quite a bit of disturbance across the country.
Here in Modiin, our mall was completely flooded...
